10/10 in location,quiet area,and good value for money
Location is good, near piccadilly and central line within 10 minutes of walking, theres 24/7 ASDA at 15 minutes walking. There's a hospital nearby, the Diageo park is beautiful and there is almost no noise

Life at Regency Heighths
Development is great and I had no issues with my property.
There is also a lovely park at the back of the development and a creche for small children, the building management could be improved as they're often slow to respond.

I like sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view.
For delivery, how about setting more directions around the block, the rubbish bins are really high for a woman that's not very tall. I couldn't throw bags in the bin if they were heavy.
